Welcome to Algo724. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Algo724 algorithmic trading platform (the "Service") provided by Algo724 ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. As our platform is available by private invitation only, your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement.

You must be of legal age and capacity to enter into this Agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

Description of Service

Algo724 is an algorithmic trading bot platform designed to help users automate their cryptocurrency trading strategies. The Service allows you to connect to your existing third-party cryptocurrency exchange accounts via Application Programming Interface (API) keys. Based on the parameters you set, our bots will automatically execute trades on your behalf on your linked exchange account.

The Service provides tools, pre-built strategies, and data for informational and operational purposes only. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Use of Services

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the terms of service of any third-party exchange you connect to.

You are solely responsible for the configuration of your trading bots and any consequences thereof, including any financial outcomes resulting from the bot's operations.

Prohibited Uses: You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent activity.

• Engage in any activity that could interfere with or disrupt the Service.

• Use any automated means not provided by us to access the Service or extract data.

• Attempt to circumvent any security or content-filtering techniques we employ.

• Introduce any malware, viruses, or other harmful material to the Service.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are also responsible for the security of your API keys created on third-party exchanges. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to compromised API keys.

Fees and Payments

Access to the Service is subject to fees as communicated to you directly or on our platform. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees upon reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and its contents (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and data, excluding your personal trading data) are and will remain the exclusive property of Algo724.

You retain ownership of your personal trading data. By using the Service, you grant Algo724 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your trading data (in an anonymized and aggregated form) for the purpose of improving the Service, providing analytics, and for research. We will never share your specific, identifiable trading data without your consent, except as required by law or outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Market Data and API Connectivity

Algo724 utilizes market data from third-party exchanges via their APIs. While we endeavor to provide accurate and timely information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data provided through the Service. You understand and accept the risks associated with relying on this data, including latency and potential inaccuracies.

Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, NOR THAT ANY DATA OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ALGO724 OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Algo724 from any claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of this Agreement or your use of the Service, including any financial outcomes from your trading activities.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"). Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for material changes. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
